Hi there! My name is Paige Roberts and I'm the artist behind Faun & Fable. Here you will find one-of-a-kind sculptures and paintings inspired by my love of fairytales, folklore and nature. Ever since I was a little girl, I loved to draw animals and was obsessed with Disney movies such as Bambi and Beauty and the Beast. Not only did the stories captivate me, but I loved seeing how the characters were drawn and animated. Another influence on my art later on came from Tolkien's and Jane Austen's work. My artwork is without a doubt heavily influenced by my love of stories. Another big influence has been my daughter. After she was born, I decided to make a mobile for her nursery. She became my muse and opened the door to turning my drawings into sculptures. Most of all, I hope my work can inspire the imagination with every whimsical detail.
